- Development Services: We offer custom website and app development and design services. Delivery timelines and specifications will be defined in the specific service contract.

- Maintenance and Support: We offer basic technical support for websites and apps developed by us, but ongoing maintenance may require a separate agreement.

4.3 Social Media Management

- Management Service: We manage social media accounts, including content creation, monitoring, and responding to interactions. This service is offered in monthly or annual packages.

- Content Policy: We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that we deem inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of social media platform policies.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

5.1 Payment

All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made through the methods available on the platform.

5.2 Refund Policy

- Refund Eligibility: We offer refunds in specific cases, such as complete failure to deliver services or when the services delivered do not match those described in the order. However, no refunds will be given for services that have already been partially or fully executed, such as followers already delivered or websites already developed.

- Refund Process: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

5.3 Disputes and Chargebacks

Users agree to resolve any disputes directly with us before initiating a formal dispute or chargeback with the payment provider. Any unauthorized chargeback attempts will result in the immediate termination of the user’s account.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.2 Limitation of Damages

Under no circumstances will SNS Pocket be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the services.

8.3 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold SNS Pocket harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from the use of the services or violation of these Terms.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by User

Users may terminate their accounts at any time by providing notice. There will be no refund for unused services in the event of voluntary account termination.

9.2 Termination by SNS Pocket

SNS Pocket reserves the right to terminate any account that violates these Terms or is suspected of fraudulent or illegal activities. In such cases, the user's remaining balance will not be refunded.

10. Final Provisions

These Terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration will take place in Tokyo, Japan, and the arbitrator's decision will be binding and final.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and SNS Pocket regarding the use of the services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
